Modern Slavery Policy

1. Purpose

More IQ is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply
chain. This policy outlines our stance on modern slavery and the steps we are taking to ensure that
modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners of More IQ. It
extends to all aspects of our operations, including our supply chain and procurement processes.

3. Introduction and Business Structure

More IQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. We are a micro-business based in the United
Kingdom and France. We provide More IQ to the UK public sector and commercial field service
organisations

Our operations are entirely digital and remote-first. Our team consists of highly skilled technical and
management professionals, and we do not utilise seasonal or migrant labour.

4. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain is focused on digital infrastructure and professional services. Our primary supplier is
Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides the cloud hosting and data storage for our platform.
Because our software is built and hosted within AWS UK/EU regions, we have no physical supply
chain associated with our core product. Our secondary suppliers are limited to UK and French
professional services (accounting/legal) and standard enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft 365,
Google, Zoho, Xero).

5. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery within our business to be negligible. This assessment is
based on the following:
• Jurisdictional Oversight: All staff are employed in the UK and France. Both countries have
robust legal frameworks and labour protections that significantly mitigate the risk of
exploitation.
• Provider Reputation: We rely on AWS for our production environment. AWS maintains a
comprehensive Modern Slavery Statement and adheres to the Amazon Global Human Rights
Principles.
• Direct Employment: We have a direct relationship with all team members, ensuring full
visibility into their working conditions and compensation, which are well above national
living wage requirements in both jurisdictions.

6. Policies and Commitments

We operate with transparency and zero tolerance for human rights abuses. Our commitments
include:
• Ethical Procurement: We prioritize technical partners who demonstrate a clear commitment
to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 or equivalent international standards.
• Open Culture: Despite being a small, distributed team, we maintain a culture of transparency
where any concerns regarding the ethics of our partners or suppliers can be immediately
addressed by the Directors.

7. Training and Awareness

The Directors have reviewed the “Modern Slavery Act” guidance. All team members, including our
staff in France, are aware of our commitment to ethical operations and the importance of monitoring
our limited supply chain for any signs of exploitation.
